Ethical changing making is about supporting people to bring about changes in a manner that is appropriate to them, determined by them and empowers them.
To achieve this we seek to understand the different cultural and personal powers at play and ensure that, through local delivery partners, we listen to all the voices. We seek to support projects that are wanted and needed by the community and that they are involved in envisioning what success looks like, how it is measured, who does the measuring and who get the feedback. We adopt adaptive management techniques, allowing our constant monitoring to help us tack a path to success.

We work with our partners to deliver a range of exciting opportunities to volunteer in the UK and in Tanzania, along with an array of inspiring virtual and physical fundraising activities to motivate and engage.

Our school partners share our dedication and determination to turn words into actions by actually engaging in creating a better world for everyone. The impact is felt both in Tanzania and with those engaged in the process.
