As we evolve, it is essential that we develop the right resources to properly serve the communities with which we work. This also includes welcoming the right people into the LTT family in order to deliver our work at its very best.

Led by success, our programmes continue to expand deeper into the community and out into new communities. At the same time, new programmes are being developed as our reach spreads.

To help us manage the increased demand for our services, we have expanded our team - and as we continue to grow, we will invite further people to join us in our work.

Over the next five years, we recognise the need to become more efficient and more effective, and aim to develop a team of people and resources that will continue to positively impact the communities we serve.
