Education is recognised as the best tool to beat poverty and create stronger and more equal communities, yet for many communities there are many hurdles that prevent young people can access it. Aside from distance, this would include being too hungry to pay attention all day, it could be that classrooms are so over crowded that students get ignored when they don’t understand something, it can be that the toilets are so awful that you fear using them, this can be especially important for young girls.
