Farmer Training Report 2021

In 2020 we launched the second phase of this programme strengthening farmers capacity through mentoring, on-farm training & coaching and community demonstration hubs.

Our approach supports farmers to develop their skills and confidence, unlock potential and create new opportunities, ultimately building their resilience. As part of our community wide development model the programme also supports local primary schools to establish agricultural enterprises and provides extension services across the community.

This annual report provides a review of the programmes progress to date and explores key learnings that have emerged from working alongside farmers and collaborating with local agricultural stakeholders over the past 12 months.
